In an effort to stop the massive flood of EFY emails to your inbox, we will be compiling a monthly emailed newsletter containing all the information you will need. This will officially being in October. For September, we have just a few quick items of business for you:
One answer to a frequently asked question: When will I see my reimbursement?
Excellent question. Reimbursements generally take 4-6 weeks to fully process. That is from the moment it reaches our office to the day your check arrives in the mail. It is not included in your paycheck for a session, nor is it direct deposited any longer as in previous years. It will come to your home address in a check.
Depending on the time of year, your reimbursement could take less than four weeks, but generally not longer than six weeks. If it has been longer than 4-6 weeks since you sent your particular reimbursement in, please feel free to call Cheryl Fowers in the reimbursement office at 801-422-7402
